All orders will be shipped in a insulated box with ice pack or heat packs depending outside temps, on either a 2day or overnight shipping rate threw fedex or ups. Shipping days will normally be on a Monday, unless of a holliday. Upgraded shipping or spacific shipping days can be worked out. DOA policy is standard 2 hr notification after order is delivered with messages and pictures showing any issues. Undstand nothing opens up immediately when placed in water after being shipped, corals take time to accommodate to new water parameters and new light expesecually after being in a dark box for any amount of time. Extreme cold or hot conditions its extremely important packages are not out in Extreme weather bc water temps can change dramatically.
