Book is in good solid condition pages are clean easy to read, tight to spine none are loose, highlighted, ripped marked or missing. There is an "old book slight musty" smell, pages have turned slightly darker-have "waves-warps", outer tinted yellow coloration on edges is faded there are a couple light spots. Covers also have light discoloration turned slightly darker on back there are spots-stains light smudges scratches, scuffs, wrinkles-creases light rubbing along edges corners have a slight bend also warps..As stated above book is in good condition even with a few imperfections it appears to be slightly "hard to find" and would make a great reading copy.
