No date printed inside, but according to the Lucile Project website, Hurst and Company had moved from 122 Nassau St. by 1900, so this book would have been printed before then. Front and back gutters have repairs. Page 371-396 have narrow chips forming at the page edges, see photos. No writing or odors.
