Old Prohibition Liquor Spirit Bottle Decanter, Collectible, Historical Glass

Description: VINTAGE LIQUOR or SPIRIT BOTTLE DECANTER This old liquor bottle measures about 8 inches tall and about 4 inches by 3 inches. The opening is about 1 inch in diameter and with the lip measures about 2 inches in diameter.The stopper is about 2.5 tall and 1.5 inches in diameter at the top and about 0.75 of an inch in diameter at the bottom.It reads along the rim of the bottom on each of the 4 sides:FEDERAL LAWSALE OR REUSE OF THIS BOTTLED 37? 7 ?? 58 (The last numbers could likely be a date, July ?? 1958)This heavy old bottle is in very good antique condition with only a little clouding, no chips, cracks, or nicks.I am including what I believe is the stopper for this bottle. It is glass. It does not fit correctly on the bottle, sitting too low, as the cork that goes around the stopper for bottles of this type is missing. The cork will need to be replaced.
