There is a small impressed mark on the back that may or may not be a signature. There is a stubborn little shadow of an old price tag close to one edge on the front. Very good condition. The copper is malleable, and the plate is a little wobbly around the edge. It can be bent into shape or left. Like Priority, Ground Advantage postage varies with distance. I ship from Arizona. Because of the new rates, and because it now includes insurance, I am going to use Ground Advantage for everything.
