Description: This 8 Piece OD Drill Bushing Set (Transfer Bushing) is supplied with sizes 0.1285, 0.1590, 0.1875, 0.2500, 0.3125, 0.3750, 0.4375 and 0.5000. These are the diameters of "Standard" size aircraft fasteners. These decimal dimensions convert to: 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" and 1/2" for the respective bushing Outside Diameters As the title above implies, these bushings are used to transfer fasteners holes precisely.Each Bushing has been machined from O-1 tool steel to a tolerance of ±0.001". Bushings are heat treated to Rockwell C58+. The tray is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, It is Anodized to provide the Red color. This adds corrosion and scratch resistance. Each bushing diameter is laser marked on the head of the bushing. As well, its diameter is also laser engraved adjacent to the respective hole in the tray.Standard Shipment is by Canada Post and UPS.
