The controllers have small fractures on the rings, but they both work flawlessly. I have put a very tight band of electrical tape running around the fractures to ensure the cracks do not spread and it has worked great for over a year. This units is discontinued and does require a PC with a GPU capable of powering a VR headset. I use NVIDIA RTX 2070 super and have had very little instances where I had to adjust graphical settings to play any game I have thrown at it. If you have a PC capable, this is your cheapest option to play the newest and best VR games on the market. This is a discontinued item, there is a real opportunity to sell each individual part for a decent profit. The cable included runs for around $80 on the resale market along.
