Easy on & off – just release the adjustable chest strap and hang up your whole rig with the heavy duty “D” ring provided in the center of the yoke. For the Small Stronghold Suspension System, if you have a long torso, please measure your torso and do not go off height. Use a soft tape measure and measure over your shoulder diagonally from top of your belt where suspenders will attach front and back on opposite hips.
