It uses high quality components to create vintage tones. It is compatible with not only traditional single coil x 2 setups but also setups using humbuckers. It can be used with four types of pickup arrangements: HH HS SH and SS. The P-90 selects the same mode as the humbucker. Intelligent switching automatically switches the control pot value to match the combination of humbucker and single coil. ●Modes ・1: HH humbucker x 2: 500k pot and 0.022uf capacitor ・2: HS humbucker neck single coil bridge: 500K when neck PU is selected 250k pot for others ・3: SH single coil neck humbucker bridge: 500K when bridge PU is selected 250K pot for others ・4: SS single coil x 2: 250k pot and 0.022uf capacitor ●Compatible models Custom Universal for Tele / SPLIT COIL is designed to fit directly on American and Mexican Telecasters. Since it uses inch-sized pots you will need to prepare a control plate made by Fender USA for Japanese models and Squier models. In addition cavity processing may be required. It is not compatible with left-handed guitars or guitars other than the above models. *We cannot answer in advance whether processing is required for your model. Please note. Third-party control plates may not be able to be installed due to the lack of space for knobs and switches. ObsidianWire uses US spec 24 spline split shaft control. Forcing the wrong size knob into place may cause damage.
