The print on the Mad Hatters tag has no wear to it and there are no sweat rings on the inside headband. Somehow this hat got missed. This is from the same late old timer I sold a ton of GORE-TEX duffle bags and a bunch of GORE-TEX hats from a couple of years ago. He bought a lot of stuff from military surplus places where most of it was unused. I even talked to the person who made the duffle bags for some conventions. They only made so many per year so there are not a ton of those or the hats around. Oh, and these hats or the duffels never came with price tags. Brand is Mad Hatters Inc. Made in the USA. Raised GORE-TEX embroidered spell-out on the front. The material is full GORE-TEX and it has a mesh type lining inside it. The color is mostly black. The closure is strap back so the size is adjustable, but this is a smaller sized hat. I would guess no bigger than medium in size. Collectible!! Any questions or concerns, please ask!
