Any hearing aids not received in good working order will be returned, unprogrammed, and a refund will be issued, minus return shipping charges. We can also provide hearing aid repairs if needed but we will contact you BEFORE repairing to advise you of repair cost. Please do not send us a hearing aid that is not in my working condition, it will be returned. This service is for programming/reprogramming only. Price is for 1 or 2 hearing aids (2 aids must be a matched set - same model, year and manufacturer). Accessories, such as streamers, remote controls, etc are 25.00 per accessories to connect/pair. Updating firmware is 25.00 extra. Free 3 Month Unlimited Service Warranty Includes: Free unlimited re-programming and adjustments on initial hearing aids (does not included shipping, which must be pre-paid). Please allow about 7 days (sometimes less) for your programming completion. This is an estimated time due to the need for specific cables, boots, software, and connectors required to program hearing aids. Each manufacture requires specific equipment and in some cases programming parts and equipment need to be ordered to program your hearing aid(s). We have many programming parts and equipment in stock and can often receive, program and ship in 3-5 days. When we need to order parts or programming supplies, you will be notified of the delay and we would appreciate your patience.
