Description: Bobby Richardson was a second baseman for the N.Y. Yankees from 1955 through 1966. He was a superb defensive infielder as well as a clutch hitter. He won a Gold Glove each year from 1961 - 1965. Bobby was voted the MVP Award in the 1960 World Series. He was an 8 Time All Star. NOTE: This is a beautiful vintage card. There are no creases. The card is centered perfectly. 3 of the corners are sharp, but the upper left corner is ever so slightly soft that it can barely be noticed. This is a very clean card and the coloring is just as it was when it left its pack. This card was produced to highlight Bobby's World Series Record on October 8, 1960 by batting in 6 Runs with a Grand Slam Home Run and a 2 run Single as the Yankees trampled the Pittsburgh Pirates 10-0 in the 3rd game of the 1960 World Series.
