Description: NOS! Wedgewood Style Blue Jasperware Hexagonal Lincoln Paperweight Tile 1940’s This listing is for one (1) Blue Jasperware Abraham Lincoln tile paperweight. The vintage Wedgewood-style paperweight was manufactured by Allen Tiling Co. of Chicago Illinois sometime in the mid-1940’s or early 1950’s. The hexagonal shaped tile comes new in the original box and is in very good condition with no post-production damage. The blue color is bright and solid with only a few firing defects and the white cameo bust of Lincoln is clean and crisp. The tile paperweight measures approximately 3 ½” by 3” and is ½” thick, weighing about 6 ounces. The back is stamped “Allen Tiling Co.”. An image of a copy of a torn letter found stuffed in a box is provided for informational purposes and is not included in the sale. Three (3) of these unused new old stock paperweights are available at the time of listing.
