Description: Norway 1941, NK 282, 20ø V overprint SON Lunner 2-X-41 (OP).V overprint was issued under the nazi occupation of Norway. The occupation gouvernement used the V for Viktoria (from the Roman god Victoria) as propaganda (Viktoria - Deutschland Siegt an allen Fronten) but also the allied propaganda used V as a sign for Victory and later during the war won the propaganda war of the V sign.
