Description: For sale is a very nice cup & saucer from Noritake in the Ronde Fleurie pattern designed by André Courrèges of Paris France. This flat bottom cup measures 3-7/8" in diameter at its rim and stands 1-3/4" tall while the saucer/under plate measures 5-7/8" across the flat sides. The saucer does not have the standard indent that most saucers have, and I think this is due to the shape of the cup. The base of the cup is larger than most (measures 2-3/4") and would not sit right on a true "saucer" that has the indent. Both pieces are in excellent+ condition with no chips, no cracks, no crazing, and little if any noticeable wear. Shipped quickly from my non-smoking home.
