The piece has a white ground with hand painted pink azalea flowers and green and yellow foliage, and is further accented with heavy applied gold highlights. It is marked in red "NORITAKE HAND PAINTED MADE IN JAPAN 19322". The piece is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There are no utensil marks but a lot of rubbing to the gilding on the edges. Please see the photos.
