There is a non-refundable repair attempt fee of $10 + return shipping for non-repairable devices. The cost only covers (1) of the issues below. Any additional issues found will be communicated to the buyer before work is performed. For each additional issue the cost is a flat $20. Battery replacement. Charging port replacement. No Power due to faulty BQ24193 chip. No Power due to faulty MT92T36 chip. Docking Rail for Joy-con controllers(Left or Right). Service does not check for any other issue such as no display while docked in docking station, display issues on the switch screen. Send in only the console without joy-cons and accessories. Only the console will be serviced. There is a 30 day warranty for issues that were repaired from the date you receive the device. Other issues that arise during the 30 days will not be covered. Current turnaround time is 3-5 days after the device is received.
