About 6 months later, all cups would be filled with grounds whenever we brewed a cup of coffee. After research, I found out it might need a new “pod brew basket”. I called Ninja. They did a video check of my machine to make sure I had been cleaning it properly - I passed. They sent me the part which I had to pay for even though my machine was under warranty. After a week or two, our cups were once again filled with coffee grounds. I called back and they send me another new part. It is now spitting grounds again. It has a year’s warranty which has turned out to be useless. I would not recommend this machine.
