Also I offer custom nail designs (including photos)--in my listings What you need: Clear AND White or other light colored nail polish, scissors, water (a small saucer of water), tweezers Step 1. paint the decal image with a thin clear coat polish and let dry Step 2. paint finger nails with coat of white, clear or other light color polish and let dry Step 3. cut a decal out of the decals sheet and cut decal as close as you can to the image Step 4. soak image in water for about 5-20 seconds or until the image comes off Step 5. slide design from backing paper and onto nail and pat dry with a paper towel Step 6. continue to pat dry and get any bubbles or wrinkles out of image, let dry Step 7. apply a final clear coat to seal and protect (refresh with a coat of clear polish every few days) USPS First Class mail in stamped standard mailing envelope, no tracking number, within 3 - 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. The nail decals need a coat of clear nail polish, as noted in Step 1. If this step is not followed the nails will dissolve on contact with water. To keep the decals from disintegrating they MUST be sealed with the a thin clear coat of nail polish. If the ink "bleeds", apply a thinner coat of clear nail polish.
