It has a Michigan address and telephone numbers the 1800 number was some sort off offer line think like telemarketers. The 1313 number is disconnected just thought that would be fun to see if active. I’ve had this display for years and never displayed it because I had forgotten it. I have all the buttons purchased individually over the years I have them displayed on my fabric wall so someone may as well enjoy these ones. Unit folds flat it has the tabs on the base to insert up into the sides slots I jus left them flat for photos putting them in will make it a sturdy cardboard display.
