Made by Neon Tech in 2004. Measurements of the sign are 26 1/2" x 24" x 5". Transformer and neon tubes are quiet. Neon tubes are consistently bright. Transformer includes a dimmer switch. Neon sign will be shipped double boxed for protection. I will use FedEx Ground for shipping. If the sign arrives broken, purchaser will have to send box and entire contents back to me at their cost.
