This is from a digital device, such as an electronic signature pad, then the proof (original card) is mass-produced in the TOPPS Printing Department. *Project 70 and Project 2020 encased cards in plastic cases are in mint condition, although exterior plastic cases may contain light surface scratches from manufacturer processing.
