Description: Up for sale today is a brand new TRP Slate Evo hydraulic mountain bike disc brake. This brake comes with everything that you see in the pictures. This brake is being sold as new other as there is no retail packaging. Also the rubber cover that slides over the compression nut is not included. When installed, the line will look like the last picture. This cover is purely cosmetic. The brake is the left hand version and has a line that is 900mm long (35.4"). Exceeding what you would expect from brakes that don’t break the bank, the TRP Slate EVO disc brake brings World Cup downhill level technology and features, applied to a trail and all-mountain brake that still leaves you with some money in the bank for race entry fees. The Slate EVO is designed for TRP’s new 2.3mm thick brake rotors, that provide improved heat dissipation, resistance to warping and increased stiffness. The brakes also boast an oversized master cylinder piston and improved mineral oil flow through the system, resulting in more power and control through the ergonomic single-finger-optimized lever blade. The Slate EVO brakes even have the power and features to be rated for e-bike use (Including Surron and Super73). What more can you ask for?
