They are sample boots, but brand new never worn with tags. **Please note that there are scruff marks all over the leather, its common with Sorel with their soft aging leather; also, there is an indentation on the front of the right side please see photo #2 and beyond for a better idea.** There might be some dust on the bottom sole due to it was tried on in the store and marks on the leather. Aside, it is brand new. The distressed and weathering look of the leather is purposely done by Sorel because the leather is soft cow leather. It is their style giving it a rough and distress look.
