Brand New however a little damaged. The envelope glue was attached to the back page of the magazine at the top. So in order, to remove the magazine from the mailing envelope it came in, it peeled some of the top of the back of the magazine off. See photo. Everything inside is just fine. My subscription has been somewhat difficult resulting in no magazines for months to sometimes getting 2 of the same magazine at once. So my loss is your gain. Shipped in a priority mail flat rate envelope.
