I'm a certified Sig armorer and according to Sig P-Series armorer manual, spring should be replaced by the following schedule. Note, this doesn't apply to the Sig P320 or P365.Recoil spring: 5,000 rounds.Decocking Lever Spring: 10,000 rounds. Extractor Spring: 20,000 roundsFiring Pin Spring: 20,000 roundsSafety Lock Spring: 20,000 roundsSlide Catch Lever and Spring: 10,000 rounds.Trigger Bar Spring: 10,000 rounds.Magazine Spring: When the magazine fails to lock the slide open after firing the last round This kit consists of the Recoil Spring, De-cocking Lever Spring, Slide Catch Lever Spring & Trigger Bar Spring. It also contains 2 styles of the firing pin positioning pin (1st gen 2-part pin & spiral spring style) and a set of grip screws with washers. Other than the recoil and magazine springs, the remaining parts should be installed by a Sig Armorer. Also, Sig P-Series pistols are finely tuned at the factory for reliability and accuracy. It's recommended only Sig factory parts be used in these pistols and a Certified Sig armorer install these parts.
