This is a Finger Press patch, but I would assume that after almost 50 years, that aspect of ot does not work any more. I assume you will need to sew these on the proper way. Let's face it, finger press patches never lasted very long before they had to be sewn even when the adhesive was brand new. The packages do show some age wear or water damage as shown in the photos, but as you can see, the patches still look great!
