I opened up the factory sealed boxes for inspection and as you can see, over time the copper connectors have some surface tarnish from contact with the paper box. I considered buffing this off myself, but decided the best course of action was to leave as is and show the condition. However, this fuse is in perfect working condition and shows no resistance when checked with my ohmmeter.
