It is pristine EXCEPT for an ink mark on the back side (please see photos). The front and the back basically look the same but I think of it as the back side because it is on the side that has the interior label tag. I have never carried this bag so I have no idea how the ink mark got there. All I can imagine is that it happened while I was checking out at the store. I tried a bit of leather cleaner/conditioner lotion (which I use to condition my other crocodile and alligator bags) but I wasn’t comfortable doing any more than that. I also don’t trust the shoe repair here to touch it. I think in a larger city there are probably people who specialize in crocodile and other exotic skins that could take care of this. I don’t have a dust bag for this but it will be VERY carefully packed and protected for shipping.
