It is lightweight and has stretch to it, so is very comfortable to wear.The shrug has a large hood, and a ribbon tie neck. When tied at it's tightest, the collar fits a 21" neck. It can also be tied looser or left undone. The shrug has long sleeves that flare from the elbow. The cuffs are cut in a zig-zag shape, with the shortest parts measuring 22" and the longest points measuring 41" It is a cropped length - 10" down the back centre, with a pretty black lace ruffle trim around the hem.
