Description: Developed especially for the Cagiva Gran Canyon, a 15 tooth front sprocket. This is the standard tooth count for the GC. The hub length has been increased so that the sprocket makes maximum contact with the transmission countershaft spline. This ensures the sprocket is capable of high loads and minimizes the wear on the countershaft by reducing the load at the sprocket tooth to spline tooth contact point and by minimizing wobble of the sprocket on the shaft.The thrust washer, PN 0670.16.172 is not needed with this sprocket. Available in 14, 15, and 16 tooth configurations. There is also a quick change " E Clip" type retainer available to replace the OEM retainer PN 0670.16.105 and its bolts PN 8A000.67997.
