Description: This very fun set of 7, figurines and building, belongs to a mega collector of everything Department 56 and past San Diego Department 56 chapter president. She owns thousands of pieces in 6 different villages and could not possibly display everything. It is dearly time to downsize! Many have never been displayed or only displayed one time. I have hundreds of pieces yet to list! This is the special & unique "Coca-Cola Soda Fountain #59221" piece. It was released in 2004 and retired in 2007. It is a detailed building with a lot going on! There is the metal Santa build-board sign on the roof, the fire ladder which hooks on to the metal railings, 4 light fixtures on the side of the building, and the tall coach lamp pole sign in the front corner. PLUS a big, illuminated picture window with a fun scene inside. It has never been displayed, in fact it is still in its original manufacturer's cellophane wrapping and has been stored away for decades. Though it is very intricate, it is in perfect condition, free from all blemishes (even the light cord is untouched), in its original box, and in perfect working order. I did not disturb the original cord, I have an extra light cord I used to show you the illumination. There is some minor shelf wear to the building box. I paired it with the highly sought and rare accessory piece "A Family Holiday Tradition #4025278" which also has never been displayed, although there is also some minor damage to the styrofoam box, it is perfect. This collector also has hundreds of Hallmark Keepsake ornaments. I added a Coca-Cola miniature Santa because it is just small enough to sit on the roof, or in this case, on top of the phone booth and it fits the theme. It has never been displayed. As you know all of these pieces are hand painted. I took several pictures so you can rest assured these pieces are in wonderful gift giving condition. 3 individual boxed pieces total. Comes from a smoke and pet free environment. What a wonderful opportunity to own a rare collectible that will only increase in value! Purchase with confidence!
