Description: NOTE: UP FOR SALE IS A New Project X Hzrdous SMOKE Black RDX 60 Gram stiff shaft, it is brand new uncut at 46.5 inches with any of the Nike sleeves listed below installed & built to the buyers specs, this newer model has a stiffer mid & tip section and a soft butt section, for a true Low launch, Low spin shaft, which is something new for Project X, the numbers on it are listed below & compared to several other shafts to show the buyer this shafts true profile Up for sale on Buy-It-Now for 145.00 is a new, 46.5 inches long, with any of the Nike, Driver or Fairway Wood sleeves needed for the buyers application, is a New uncut Project X Hzrdous Smoke Black RDX 60 gram stiff shaft, this shaft is one of the newer version of the Project X line, the Hzrdous Smoke Black RDX in 60 gram weight & for a Driver or Fairway Wood shaft in stiff flex & will be installed with any of the Nike, Driver or Fairway Wood sleeves installed, such as the newer Covert, Vapor, Vapor Pro, Driver or Fairway Wood sleeve installed or the older Straight 8 sleeves installed such as the VR-ll Str. 8, VR Pro Str. 8, VRs Str. 8, Driver sleeve installed as I no longer have any of the Mach Speed sleeves, left. The shaft will come with a new grip of your choice from my selection of which I have many from Golf Pride, Winn, Lamkin, Iomic & many others in all sizes. I will also build the shaft to your specs, for length, sleeve setup and ship it out as soon as Iget it built to the buyer's specs, once it has been purchased, this shaft is also a better profile for Project X, usually their shafts have very stiff butt sections whereas this one has a mid/soft butt section which will load more, but has a stiffer mid & much stiffer tip section so a mid/high kick with a mid/soft butt section with a stiff mid & stiff tip to launch lower, for those that need to get the ball down with low spin so it rolls out after landing, this shaft is fairly close to the new Gen 4 Black, that was just released from Project X, except this RDX shaft has a slightly stiffer butt section so won't load as much as the GEN. 4 unless you have a stronger swing with a quicker transition, these both have tips over 11.000 which is good for low spin lower launch trajectory, it is good in my opinion for Project X, to be making low launch lower spinning shafts that don't have such stiff butts on them, as I prefer shafts with a stiff mid & tip sections, but ones that have really soft butt sections so they really load, so check out the numbers on this shaft, below, from my shaft deflection machine, comparing the differences of the other shafts I have in stock. This shaft as mentioned has a pretty stiff mid & tip section, & a mid/soft butt section for a lower launch & low spin shaft, but this also depends on the players swing speed, launch conditions, shoulder plane & driver loft as well. It suits players with a mid tempo, or someone who has a stronger swing but a semi smooth tempo, since the butt section is mid/soft, many of the other Hzrdous shafts & the other shafts that have a much stiffer butt section, are preferredfor players with a strong swing, a faster tempo & quicker transition, so this shaft will fit the semi-smooth swinger that has an upright swing & needs help in keeping the ball down with low spin, also keep in mind that the shafts profile can help you with your accuracy, striking the ball at impact in the sweet spot and distance improves when it matches your swing parameters, such as tempo, shoulder plane, launch conditions, swing speed & other factors. Project X Smoke Black RDX 60G stiff 3.435 3.765 5.100 11.050 So the numbers above are the shafts true profile, the larger the number the stiffer it is at that section, if smaller at the butt it will load more & unload more at impact, when the shaft is trimmed at the butt it lowers the kick point & plays stiffer, with a stiffer tip & mid section the shaft will lower the spin & the launch, when the shaft has a soft tip & mid section it adds launch, spin & also side spin, making it more difficult to hit it in the fairway. All shafts even the same in the same flex, weight & length are all different, even with different shaft companies & price, some will be stiffer in the butt, some softer, some stiffer in the mid section and some softer, if someone tells you that they can order another just like the one you demo'ed or try a friends, they are either lying to you or don't have a clue to what they are saying, there is only a very small less than 5 percent change of ordering a shaft of the same make, flex & weight of it being even remotely close, check out the same shafts above 2 Tensie Black 1 K's 65g shafts above, they are not the same, if we had 20 of these shafts or 20 of any of the others they would all be different.
