Make sure that every installation work has been finished; 2. Please read the content of capability of automatic-control panel in this manual carefully, to understand the functions of each operating device on panel; 3. Try to avoid “no-load”, i.e. equipment is in working state while no workpiece in induction coil; as the equipment loss would be the largest in no-load condition, long-term no-load working would cause equipment fault easily; it is better to use foot switch to control the working, start up when putting in workpiece, and stop after heating to the required temperature, then take away the workpiece; when it is discommodious to use the foot switch, just design a position-shift switch to control the equipment’s working, if any question, please contact our Technical Department.Normal Operating Procedures: 1. Turn on the external power switch, turn on the air switch on rear panel of equipment, turn on the control source switch on front panel of equipment; 2. Open the cooling water, observe and make sure that each water outlet pipe has water output; 3. Put the workpiece waiting for heating in the induction coil; 4. Select “MANUAL” or “AUTOMATIC” working state; 5. In “MANUAL” state:(1) Set the “MANUAL/AUTOMATIC” option switch at position “MANUAL”;(2) Regulate the heating power knob to suitable position;(3) Press the start button on operating panel or step on the foot switch, it begins to heat; at this moment, the indicator lamp “WORK” flickers, the machine makes beep sound, “DIGITAL-DISPLAY METER” displays magnitude of output heating current; the current is larger, the heating would be quicker; “TIME DISPLAY” displays heating time;(4) Press the stop button on operating panel or release the foot switch, to stop heating; remark: when controlling by foot switch, the start button on panel would be out of function, only when the foot switch connecting line is pulled out from the remote-control plug, that the start button on panel can be operated; 6. In “AUTOMATIC” state: (1) Set the “MANUAL/AUTOMATIC” option switch at position “AUTOMATIC”;(2) Regulate the heating power knob and heat preservation power knob to suitable positions;(3) Set the heating, heat preservation and cooling time;(4) Press the start button on operating panel or step on the foot switch, it begins to heat; at this moment, the indicator lamp “WORK” flickers, the machine makes beep sound, heating lamp goes on, “DIGITAL-DISPLAY METER” displays magnitude of output heating current; the current is larger, the heating would be quicker; “TIME DISPLAY” displays heating time;(5) When heating time is over, it begins to carry out heat preservation, at this moment, the indicator lamp “WORK” continues to flicker, the machine makes beep sound, heat preservation lamp goes on, “DIGITAL-DISPLAY METER” displays magnitude of heat preservation current; the current is larger, the heating would be quicker; “TIME DISPLAY” displays heat preservation time;(6) When heat preservation time is over, it begins to carry out cooling process, at this moment, equipment stops working, indicator lamp “WORK” stops flickering, the machine stops beeping, cooling lamp goes on, “DIGITAL-DISPLAY METER” displays “000”; “TIME DISPLAY” displays cooling time;(7) When cooling time is over, cooling lamp goes off, now the heating process is finished;(8) In “AUTOMATIC” state, it is able to carry out process conversion among heating, heat preservation and cooling by pressing the process conversion button;(9) During automatic process, the automatic process can be stopped at any moment by pressing stop button; Remark: (1) During automatic process, it would cause automatic timing disordered by pressing the start button or foot switch again;(2) Time setting dial plate can not be set at “00”, but should be “01” at least;7. When shutting down, please turn off the power switch on front panel first, then close the water, turn off the external main power switch. The air switch on rear panel of equipment is mainly designed for current-limiting protection, in order to prolong its service life, it can be always turned on, and need not to be turned off when shutting down the machine. When mounting the equipment, external of equipment should be equipped with the special power-on switch and current-limiting fuse.
