Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging. Do not write on manufacturers box. Printed labels only allowed. No other stickers/stamps. All manufacturer labels must still be in tact. This means the bar codes cannot be blacked out. Parts that have been installed or used non returnable. Electrical parts are not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS. We do reserve the right to refuse any return parts we find have been installed, are do not meet the above criteria. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer Original shipping is non returnable. (This includes items with free shipping) Any return request must be made within 30 days. However, you may contact us for special exceptions. Shipping Policy We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1 business day, and usually no later than 3 business days after the order is placed. Anything ordered after 4 pm PST on Fridays, will likely ship the following Tuesday. Backorders do happen occasionally and may delay shipment. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately. Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days. Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
