Make sure there is no significant visible damage to the box. 2. Open the box and inspect the fish. This is where you need to see if any are DOA. If there are any DOA please take pictures in the unopened bag. 3. Next you want to float the bags for 5-10 min. DO NOT OPEN the bags. DO NOT PUT water into the bags from your tank. 4. Place a net over a bucket and pour the fish into the net. Place the fish directly into your tank. DO NOT PLACE any of the shipping water into your tank. 5. Leave the lights off for several hours to let the new fish settle into their new home. 6. Do not feed until the fish look happy and active. Catfish will be more active with the lights off. What should I do if I don’t receive my order confirmation or shipping info about my order? If you will not receive your order confirmation, shipping info or something went bad with your order please email us and we will do our best to help and find a way to make it right. What if I receive a dead fish? If you receive any dead fish (DOA), please don’t write a review before getting in contact with us. Just send a picture of the unopened bag containing the dead fish at and we will do our best to help and find a way to make it right.
