Description: Neat Vintage Wood Handle Brass Hook Tool. Measuring 12 1/2" long, the shaft is 3/8" in diameter, and this weighs 6 1/4 oz unboxed. Not signed as to the maker. This is in reasonably good condition and was cleaned. The shaft has some light dings, but nothing too bad. The hook is good. The oak handle has some stains, but it's solid and on tight. I'm thinking that this might be for rug making, but it didn't come with an owner's manual. But it's a neat and good looking tool to say the least. A good collectible brass tool for sure! All items for sale unless otherwise noted are purchased and in most cases professionally restored by me. I take pride in offering quality items. Not everything is perfect, but it is as I say it is. Also, I smoke a pipe, drink whiskey, both cheap and good, and cuss more in a hour than most folks do in a month.
