Overall, in Good used condition with scrapes, scratches, bends, dents and other signs of use. Arizona is "sun scorched" and the Tennessee is heavily dented. Note: some plates have paper stickers on the back and some have black marker writing on the back. Some plates are better than others, but what I have seen over the years, these are in better condition than average.
