This includes a great inside article titled "BIGGEST AMERICAN NAVY PROMISED BY NEW FIGHTING SHIPS". Nice four–page article! FINE PHOTOS AND ILLUSTRATIONS! This is the older large format of the magazine measuring 12 inches 8 3/4 inches. This is a wonderful time capsule. It is in pretty good shape. NOTES ON CONDITION: THIS IS A FORMER LIBRARY EDITION WITH RUBBER STAMPING, CHECK OUT POCKET AND LIST. (It was last checked out in late 1938!) THE COVERS WERE PROTECTED WITH BROWN TAPE AROUND THE EDGES BACK IN THE DAY. The insides are in surprisingly good shape with typical vintage edge and corner wear.
