Sheet is new but may have light surface scratches. Please bear in mind that HDPE has a smooth surface on each face and that this material scratches very easily, because of this characteristic it is mostly used for mechanical applications where a cosmetic appearance is not required. High density polyethylene is harder than low density polyethylene and has higher tensile strength, and better compressive strength.HDPE has good insulation properties and is easy to weld.The operating temperature is from -58 °F to +194 °F.HDPE is a cost effective material for both indoor and outdoor applications. All of our dimensions are NOMINAL. There is a tolerance of (+/-)1/8" or 0.118" We also can do custom cuts, a minimum of 10 pieces. We cannot cut anything under 6".
