Signed / inscribed on bottom of front foot: "Cheryl / Navajo". Believed to possibly be Navajo artist Cheryl Laughing. Intricately painted design on stylized bear-shaped slip-cast pottery form. Crafted in the high plateau country of the Southwest at the foot of Blue Mountain. Measures about 7.25" tall x 12" long x 3" thick Very good overall condition with at most a small paint fleck at bottom of foot and a few surface scuffs, etc. - no chips, cracks, repairs.
