However, there are times when through the transportation of the item(s) something can break. Please do not open a dispute for an item damaged in transit as "not as described" and please do not request a return. Most items will be insured up to $100 through USPS Ground Advantage. For all other methods of shipment I strongly suggest adding insurance for items over $100 and items which are delicate/fragile. Insurance costs very little and provides much-needed protection.
