Important Foreign Shipping Note All foreign mailings must now use the USPS International First Class Small Parcel rate when applicable by size and weight instead of the cheaper USPS International First Class Letter rate that I have used for 10 years to save postage charges for international customers. This unfortunate action by the USPS has significantly increased the postage charges for foreign locations. I am sorry for this USPS decision that will now affect not only me but also so many of my foreign friends who have made purchases from me in the past by raising the cost of international business dealings. Postage cost refunds will be given when warranted but these refunds will only be a few dollars depending upon what part of the world the USPS service is covering.
