Description: This is a used National Controls Corp. output sequencer who's primary use is to energize solenoids sequentially in bag houses. This unit has 20 triac outputs that sequence from output 1 to output 20. The length of the sequence can be changed from a length of 2 outputs switching on then repeating to 20 outputs doing the same. The on and off time of the outputs are controlled by 2 potentiometers. The off time for the outputs can be adjusted from 1.5 seconds to 30 seconds, the on time for the outputs can be adjusted between.05 to.5 seconds. This unit also has 2 terminals to put in a pressure switch or whatever you want to stop the sequencing. I have checked all the triac outputs for shorts and proper firing along with the on time and the off time controls for the outputs. I also checked the pressure switch terminals and verified that they stop the sequencing when the shunt was removed.
