Description: Napoleonic Era British or German Prussian Officers Sword. The ricasso has what looks like a sideways "7" mark, no other markings anywhere. The grip is tight, the knuckleguard and backstrap area little loose. The blade has been sharpened, the tip is very sharp, several nicks on the lower half towards the tip, light pitting scattered throughout, and it has a very slight bend about 3/8" up from the tip. No washer. No scabbard. Length of the blade measures 29" (1 1/16" wide x 1/4" thick), and the overall length of the sword is 34 1/2". Check out my other War items!!
