Description: **CAME OUT OF JOHN LATTIMER'S PERSONAL COLLECTION. LATTIMER HAD ONE OF THE GREATEST HISTORICAL COLLECTIONS IN THE WORLD AND YOU CAN READ ABOUT IT ONLINE. THE CONDITION OF THIS SECRET OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT IS VERY NICE AND COMES WITH FULL JSA LOA AND THE SERIAL # IS ZZ08281.** You are looking at an original secret government document dated October 23, 1803, that has comments and signature from the First Consul, Napoleon Bonoparte. He comments and signs regarding Maastricht facilities cannot house the horses of the 11th, 13th, and 19th Dragons Regiments. Dragon Soldiers are Soldiers on horses. I like he signed out his name and didn't just put "NP" later during his reign thru 1814. DeJean and Berthier also signed this document. Not only is this a beautiful document but it is dated 1803 - the year when Napoleon really pushed ahead regarding power who, 6 months later from the date of this letter, would be behind the coup which resulted in the replacement of the extant governing body - a five member Directory being replaced by a 3 member Consulate. The First Consul, Napoleon, had all the real power, the other two consuls were only figureheads. Napoleon eventually abolished the Consulate and declared himself Emperor Napoleon I of France. This signed document has been authenticated by JSA and comes with a full LOA. Louis-Alexandre Berthier and Jean Francois Aime Dejean also signed this document and each is authenticated on the JSA letter. I just dropped this document off to be framed and included a photo of it. This official document measures 8.25 x 12.16 inches approximately (21 x 31.3 cm)out of frame. Please review the last 2 photos, as this is how the framing will look like as well as what the JSA full page LOA looks like. In frame, it measures 16.5 x 20.5 inches. Framing includes mylar, 99.9% UV protectiveplexiglass-the best and same used in museums. The colors in the inlay will be black and gold.
