By integrated amp Naim Nait 5, Nait XS/2/3 and SuperNait/2/3 all work (note; amps older than the 5 and the 5i and 5Si will not unless used with an i-Supply) By Pre-amp NAC 52 (the only ‘Olive’ pre-amp that will power a Stageline) All ‘tryptic’ (2001 onwards) pre-amps from the NAC 112 onwards By system Naim Uniti and SuperUniti (but not the Uniti Qute or Lite) By dedicated power supply (for the best sound quality) i-Supply (with 4-pin to 5-pin cable - for Nait 1/2/3/3R/5i/5Si) FlatCap Hi-Cap SuperCap About this Stageline N This is a very good example of Naim’s popular phonostage, with RCA phono inputs for universal turnable compatibility. This is the ’N’ model, making it suitable for Moving Magnet (MM) cartridges. This version is the RCA phono model, meaning that the input sockets (from your turntable) are the standard phono type. Some models used the less common BNC sockets which need an adaptor to be used with most turntables. It’s in full working order and very good cosmetic condition. There are some slight paint touch-ups around the corners but these have been well applied and hard to spot unless looking very carefully. Please see photos to make a personal appraisal of the condition. It comes without cables so you will need a Naim SNAIC 5 or similar from another manufacturer. About the Stageline The Stageline is a dedicated phonostage (AKA phono pre-amp). It uses a dual mono design with separate left and right channels for excellent separation and soundstaging. Build quality is superb, with the machined aluminium casing feeling very solid and shielding the sensitive electronics from interference. Power comes via a multi-way 5-pin DIN socket, using a Naim amp or dedicated power supply.
