Cover the lid of Tohchin with water and heat in the microwave for about 3 minutes. For frozen rice, moisten the lid and the body of the Tochin with water, place the unwrapped rice in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes. You can also steam food in the microwave using the included ceramic slotted spoon. Using the heat of vaporization, it also works great as a cooler.
