It has a 6-point maple neck, maple fingerboard, and black pickguard with humbucker PU and 3-band equalizer. This flagship model of Music Man boasts impressive looks and a core, fat sound that can be used not only for slap playing, but also for a variety of sound variations with the 3-band EQ, making it an easy-to-use instrument. Overall, the guitar shows signs of use (paint peeling/cracks at the joints and cutaway, dents and paint chips around the perimeter of the body, scuffs and scratches from playing, darkening around the back of the neck and fingerboard, picking marks, fogging, bits and rust on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage). The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret adjustment) upon arrival, and the fret board is slightly low but still high enough to play well.
