But make no mistake, once the sale is over it's O V E R and some of these may even go back into hiding. This is a case that you probably have never seen. Music Man produced less than 100 HD-110 combo guitar amps in 1980 using this white ridged tolex but they never caught on and were discontinued after only a few months. They used the leftover material to make bass cases for the new Cutlass graphite neck model. I believe that only a few dozen cases were made and I have only owned 4 in almost 40 years. This case is totally solid and was kept dry and smoke-free in all the time I have owned it. The white tolex has aged to a cream color and the orange lining is still vibrant. The brown leather ends are solid and the leather handle is in very fine shape. As you can see there are some faint graphics still on the lid from the previous owner and there are numerous cuts and tears in the vinyl. There is also a wear spot inside where the G tuner rubbed against it. But there is nothing 'wrong' with the case other than it was actually used for some time in a touring band. This case would be a great home to your early Cutlass or BOO Stingray and you can bet you will be one of the very few that has one! NO returns!
